Lightoon shader
WebWell obviously the shader still works so it's not completely broken but there could be some differences in how it works or acts. That's the only thing that I can think of that comes to mind at least unless you and Marty both tested the same game and the same API when comparing results.

To get more fps but still get a nice visual, disable fxaa, surfacesharpen, Chromatic Abberation. And use a mod that enables hairworks only on Geralts beard & animals/monsters.
