Try tweaking various face settings, WITHOUT changing race. That worked like a charm. Just had to tweak a few settings in the character maker and the clipping issue disappeared. Much appreciated!

For the future, beard clipping occurs due to faulty/mismatching ".tri" files. They are not a necessity for any head mesh.
