WebConsidered hacked by whom? AFAIK the game won't let you use genned mons that are impossible to get (e.g. Pikachu with Fireblast). If you got a hacked mon through Surprise Trade then it passed the legality checks and considers it legal. So it comes down to yourself if you want to use a genned legal mon or not.
