WebDec 2, 2024 · as if MS Teams was not using hardware accelleration for video encoding/decoding. But at least the screen did not flicker. After upgrading to BigSur there was a major decrease of performance. I am able to use video only when calling one-on-one. If there are more people in the MS Teams meeting, the screen will always flicker.
