Screenshots seem pretty normal so it is not likely in DCS side. FOV might be bit too high so there's too much of "fisheye" effect. Otherwise I think it might be Nvidia surround affecting and the 1 monitor setting interfering with how it should look like. 1.5 beta is more efficient in rendering so that might be better with 3 monitors.
