You can get a cheap angle grinder for less than £20. Prob cheaper than reenting, even if you only get this job out of it. Be prepared for the dust though!

Make a few passed until you are cutting as deep as the saw can cut. Then chisel out as much as you can, lay concuit and cement over it. No need to be thru the whole slab.
