Clutch feels light
WebSep 5, 2024 · Just had a new sachs clutch and flywheel fitted to my 2.0litre tdi and the clutch pedal feels really really soft and light and not as firm as it used to be with the old clutch and flywheel. It appears to be selecting gears fine and no funny noises so what can be causing the soft/light pedal feeling? WebYup, the current car clutch pedal is almost video game-like. It is nice in heavy traffic, just needs more muscle memory and real attention to try and feel the catch point. When I drive my 2nd gen Miata the clutch feels so damn stiff compared to my 2015 MZ3 but each type has its benefits and drawbacks. Nyexx • 4 yr. ago
